This policy explains how VOXGM collects, uses, retains, and protects personal data in the mobile application.
2. DATA COLLECTED
Depending on your use, VOXGM may process:
- Account data: identifier, email, profile information, and preferences.
- Usage data: interactions with the AI Game Master, history useful for scenario continuity, progression, functional events.
- In-app economic data: token balance, consumption events, reward grants, premium status where applicable.
- Advertising data: ad consent, rewarded video events, technical information required to validate rewards with partners.
- Technical and security data: technical logs, app version, device, technical identifiers, anti-abuse and anti-fraud signals.
3. PURPOSES
Processing is carried out to:
- provide VOXGM features,
- manage authentication and account security,
- maintain narrative coherence and progression,
- administer tokens, purchases, and rewards,
- prevent fraud, abuse, and use contrary to the Terms,
- improve stability, performance, and service quality,
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. LEGAL BASES
Depending on the case, processing is based on:
- performance of the contract (provision of the service),
- legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, improvement),
- consent (in particular for certain advertising operations),
- compliance with legal obligations.
5. SHARING OF DATA
VOXGM may share certain data with processors and technical partners strictly necessary for the service, for example:
- authentication services, databases, and cloud infrastructure,
- AI providers for response generation,
- integrated payment platforms,
- advertising platforms for rewarded ads.
VOXGM does not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, VOXGM implements appropriate safeguards in line with the applicable legal framework.
7. RETENTION PERIOD
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Some data may be kept longer to meet legal, accounting, tax, or security obligations.

VOXGM implements reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, encryption in transit, secure logging, access limitation). No method offers absolute security; zero risk does not exist.
9. DATA RELATED TO AI
Messages and contextual elements required for narrative operation may be processed by integrated AI services. This processing is used to produce Game Master responses and maintain experience coherence.
10. ADVERTISING AND CONSENT
Where the law requires it, ad personalization and certain related measures rely on your consent. You can change your choices in the application, subject to technical constraints of advertising platforms.
11. YOUR RIGHTS

12. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Deleting your account from the application may result in deletion of associated data (profile, progress, tokens), subject to legal retention obligations.
